Privacy

UnoGoat helps managers and coaches track attendance and skills. We keep that data so your team can use the app.

What we store

For your program we may store:

• Your name, email, password (the password is locked, not shown), and role
• Team names, dates, and events
• Athlete names, birthday, jersey, and position
• Who to call (name, phone, email)
• Attendance, including Hurt
• Skill ratings and coach notes
• A parent’s “Done / Not today” log

We do not ask kids under 18 to make a login.

If you paste a MaxPreps link, we copy only what that import allows: game days, or name, jersey, and position. We do not keep the web page itself. We do not copy height, weight, grade, or photos.

Who can see it

• A manager can see the whole program.
• A coach can see their assigned team only.
• A parent can see their linked kids only. They cannot see coach notes. They cannot download a roster file.
• A person who is not logged in can see the public homepage only.

We do not let a Frosh parent open another kid or another team.

We do not sell this data.

Files you download

A manager or coach may export a file for a team they can open. Who to call and coach notes stay out unless they turn that on. We write down that they turned it on. A parent cannot export.

How we keep it

We use a login cookie so you stay signed in on that computer. Log out clears it.

We do not put names, birthdays, or who-to-call in web addresses or ads.

We archive. We do not fully erase in this version. Ask your manager if you need a name taken off a live roster.

Kids

Many athletes are kids. We treat every athlete as a possible kid.

A parent is invited on the who-to-call email already on the kid. The invite page shows the kid’s first name only, not the whole roster.
